Woman using sex toy dies ‘in state of arousal’

A British woman in her thirties, who
suffered a cardiac arrest while using a sex toy, is said to have died
from being in a state of arousal. Nicola Paginton was found dead by
friends at her home in Cirencester in southwestern England.
